Our delivery service is available to Los Osos and Morro Bay residents within our designated service area. See our MAP at the bottom of this page.

How does refill delivery work?

• Place your order online and select the Los Osos/Morro Bay delivery option at checkout.
• Pick your delivery date
• Your order will be delivered by 6pm.

How does refill delivery work?

We've made refilling easy and convenient with our pre-filled options.

If it's your first time refilling, simply select your favorite refill products and place your order online.

Once your products are finsihed and you're ready to refill again, place a new order. On delivery day, remove any spray tops or pumps (these are yours to keep) and leave your empty bottles or jars outside for us to collect when we deliver your refills.

For every bottle returned to be reused, you'll receive a $1.80 credit toward your next order.

When do I receive my credit?

Bottle return credits are applied to your account when you place your next refill order.

When you checkout online, simply apply your discount code to receive your credit. Please remember to leave your bottles/jars outside for us to collect during delivery.

What areas do you offer delivery services?

We offer delivery twice per month (usually the second and last Monday of each month). Check our refill schedule for up to date dates.
