Who can use this service?

Our Baywood refill service is available to residents within our designated service area. See our MAP at the bottom of this page.

How does refill pick-up & delivery work?

• Place your order online and select the Baywood-Los Osos refill option.
• On your schedule refill day, leave your clean, empty containers out for pick-up.
• We will refill and return back to your home.

If you prefer, you can also choose delivery-only with pre-filled essentials and accessories.

What containers can I use?

Refilling is all about reducing and reusing so we encourage you to use whatever size or shape container works for you.  Glass or plastic are all welcome.

If you're new to refilling we have a selection of bottles, jars and accessories available to help you get started.

What areas do you offer collection & delivery services?

Our current refill schedule is the second Monday of each month. Dates and times are posted on our website and Instagram. To stay in the loop you can sign-up for email.
