Magnesium Spritz Infused with Lavender and Rose Quartz (4oz)

Our small batch magnesium spritz was crafted to help soothe tense muscles & cramps, calm the nervous system, and encourage relaxation. Soothe, relax & rest.

Ingredients:  Distilled water, magnesium chloride & pure lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia).

Rose Quartz crystals assist with dispersing the magnesium & oil, while encouraging self- love, compassion, and stress relief.

Directions for use:  Shake before use. Spritz onto shoulders, legs, or any area with tension or cramps. To aid relaxation best used after showering and before bed. Try a little spritz on the soles of your feet and feel the day fade away.

A tingly sensation is normal. Avoid broken skin & eyes.
